Fanssies is an adult content platform strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms; (c) you will not allow any person under 18 to access your account or any content on the platform. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted.

Access to Fanssies may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the platform. We do not accept liability for access to content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

All content on Fanssies — including images, videos, stories, and interactive scenes — is entirely AI-generated. No real people, celebrities, public figures, or identifiable individuals are depicted. All personas, characters, and likenesses are fictional and created synthetically using machine learning models.

Fanssies does not host, distribute, or facilitate content depicting real individuals without their explicit consent. Any resemblance of AI-generated characters to real persons is purely coincidental. Users may not request, prompt, or attempt to generate content that intentionally replicates the likeness of any specific real, identifiable person.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only. By using the platform, you acknowledge that all characters, personas, and interactions are fictional and do not represent real relationships, real people, or real events.

Creators are responsible for the prompts and configurations they use to generate content. Attempting to circumvent our AI safety filters or generate content that violates our policies through prompt engineering or any other means is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Fanssies and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement:

• Content depicting minors: Any content that depicts, suggests, or could be interpreted as depicting individuals under the age of 18 in a sexual or suggestive context is absolutely prohibited. This includes AI-generated characters that appear to be minors. Characters must be clearly depicted as adults.
• Non-consensual content: Content that depicts, simulates, or promotes non-consensual sexual activity, including rape, assault, or coercion, is strictly prohibited.
• Real-person explicit content: Generating or distributing AI-generated explicit content depicting real, identifiable individuals without verified consent is prohibited.
• Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law, including content that promotes violence, trafficking, abuse, or exploitation.
• Harassment: Using the platform to harass, intimidate, or threaten other users, creators, or third parties.
• Malware & fraud: Uploading malicious code, engaging in fraudulent activity, or attempting to compromise platform security.

Fanssies employs automated and human moderation. If you encounter prohibited content, please report it immediately using the in-platform reporting tools or by contacting our support team.

Creators who publish content on Fanssies accept full responsibility for ensuring that all content they produce, upload, or distribute complies with these Terms of Service and applicable law. By publishing content, creators represent and warrant that:

• All content is original or they hold the appropriate rights to distribute it.
• No content depicts real, identifiable individuals without verified, documented consent.
• All AI-generated characters depicted in adult scenarios are explicitly portrayed as adults (18+).
• Content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• They will accurately label and categorize content, including appropriate access level settings.
• They are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their earnings on the platform.

Creators must not engage in deceptive practices, including misrepresenting the nature of content behind paywalls, artificially inflating subscriber counts, or engaging in fraudulent subscription schemes. Violations will result in immediate suspension, potential revenue clawback, and permanent ban.

Fanssies reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the creator, if we determine it violates these Terms or poses a legal, ethical, or reputational risk to the platform.

Subscriptions and purchases on Fanssies are processed securely via our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

One-time purchases (individual scenes, albums, or unlocks) are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Creator payouts are processed according to our payout schedule after deduction of platform fees. Fanssies reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations. Creators whose accounts are terminated for violations forfeit any unpaid earnings.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Fanssies reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal obligations, or reputational risk to the platform. We will endeavor to provide notice where practicable but are under no obligation to do so.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Note that content you have published may remain accessible to subscribers who have already purchased it, unless we determine otherwise.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fanssies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Fanssies in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
